Andrade, Trustee of Bk.: 6102 <br /> Summerfield Park Realty Trust Pg.: 057 <br /> Petitioner, CatDogg LLC, d/b/a Sublime Cannabis <br /> 800 Falmouth Road,Units 102A and B 1 A <br /> Map 88 Parcel 2 <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on February 10, 20123 by Petitioner, CatDogg LLC (Applicants) requesting <br /> a Special Permit under §174-24 (K) and §174-25 (E) (16) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an <br /> adult-use cannabis retail facility and marijuana product manufacturing facility on property located <br /> in an I-1 Zoning District at 800 Falmouth Road,Units 102A and BIA,Map 88 Parcel 2,Mashpee, <br /> MA. (Owner of Record: Kevin P. Andrade, Trustee of Summerfield Park Realty Trust). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. <br /> Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee, on February 17, 2023 and February 24, 2023 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, March 8, <br /> 2023 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout; Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell, Board Members, <br /> Ron Bonvie,Norman J. Gould, and Associate Member, Brad Pittsley. <br /> Mr. Evan Lehrer and Mr. Robb Catania, Principals of CatDogg LLC submitted a Special Permit <br /> application for a marijuana establishment in the Town of Mashpee to be located at 800 Falmouth <br /> Road, Unit 102A and BIA. Prior to applying with the Zoning Board of Appeals, they applied for <br /> a host community agreement with the Town of Mashpee that was approved on January 10, 2023. <br /> The host agreement is required by the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC). The Applicants are <br /> required to seek approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals, and congruently with the State. <br /> The building itself is a pre-existing commercial/industrial condominium complex, located in the <br /> I-1 Industrial Zoning District, and is a change of use for the specific Units 102A and B1A. The <br /> Applicants have executed a lease agreement with the owner. There are no proposed modifications <br /> to the parking or the exterior of the existing building. <br /> 1 <br />
