MEETING MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> JANUARY 25,2023 <br /> Attorney Kirrane noted that he will comply with the Conservation Commission's request. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a suggestion going forward that the site plans depict the zoning table of pre and <br /> post lot coverage zoning description, and also include the setbacks, and lot coverage as 100% <br /> proposed and 100% existing, and labeled with different wording. Attorney Kirrane agreed to stay <br /> with what traditionally the Board has approved. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owners, George C. and Mary <br /> L. Silvestro, Trustees of 80 Waterway under §174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze <br /> a pre-existing, non-conforming single family dwelling, and replace it with a new single family <br /> dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 105 Parcel 214, Mashpee, MA with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
