The Board finds that the application under§174-17.1 as submitted is not substantially more <br /> detrimental than what existed prior to removal of the existing structure, and that there is <br /> adequate land area to provide sufficient parking, and there are no new non-conformities <br /> being created. <br /> Mr. Reidy seconded, yes, <br /> Mr. Caggiano, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, no. <br /> The Board voted 4-1 in favor of the Special Permit. <br /> Attorney Kirrane asked that the Board to accept the withdrawal for relief under §174-17. There <br /> was no further discussion. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept Attorney Kirrane's request to withdraw the <br /> application under §174-17 for 31 Wheelhouse Lane. Mr. Reidy, seconded, yes, Mr. Caggiano <br /> yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, and Mr. Furbush, yes. All were in favor of withdrawal <br /> request. <br /> 81 Bluff Avenue: Owners, Ryan and Kristen Lenhart request a Special Permit under §174-17.1; <br /> §174-17; §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws, and M.G.L. c. 40A Section 6 to raze a pre-existing, non- <br /> conforming single-family dwelling and replace it with a new single-family dwelling on property <br /> located in an R-3 and the Popponesset Overlay Zoning District(s), Map 118 Parcel 60, Mashpee, <br /> MA. <br /> 7 <br />
