<br /> Mr.Bonvie read the comments submitted by Dan,Assistant Conservation Agent,"71 Monomoscoy
<br /> Road was closed and approved with the following conditions: 3 year mitigation monitoring
<br /> contract, existing order of conditions to he closed out prior to any construction commencement."
<br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to close the public comment for 71 Monomoscoy Road for Owner,
<br /> Timothy W. Leedham, Trustee under §174-17.1; §174-17; §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws, and
<br /> M.G.L. c. 40A Section 6. Mr. Goldstein seconded, yes, Mr. Ganzenmuller, yes, Mr. Bonnie, yes,
<br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes. All were in favor. There was no more discussion.
<br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience.
<br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owner, Timothy W. Leedham,
<br /> Trustee under §174-17.1; §174-17; §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws, and M.G.L. c. 40A Section 6
<br /> to raze a pre-existing, non-conforming single-family dwelling and replace it with a new single-
<br /> family dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 108 Parcel 9, Mashpee, MA
<br /> with the following conditions:
<br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit
<br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.

<br /> adequate land area to provide sufficient parking, and there are no new non-conformities
<br /> being created.
