MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> APRIL 26,2023 <br /> Mr. Bonvie believes there are several comments that are out-standing and would like each <br /> individual that provided these comments to respond that they are satisfied. <br /> Chairman Furbush read the listed items from Design Review and Plan Review and asked for <br /> confirmation on each item. <br /> Attorney Kirrane confirmed that the building is 7,500 sq. ft. <br /> Mr. Furbush wanted to know the area of the plantings on the lot. Mr. Dibb said the plants will <br /> screen the parking area. <br /> Mr. Dibb said the following: <br /> 1. A dumpster and recycling bin are now shown on the plan with a fence. <br /> 2. A perk test is required and will be performed on April 27th. The basis of the drainage <br /> design is for the contractors' yard but the new perks are being performed. <br /> 3. 1,000-gallon tank has been corrected on the plan. <br /> 4. Has the Fire department commented if a sprinkler system is required? Attorney Kirrane <br /> confirmed that the building size is 7,500 and does not require sprinkler system. <br /> Chairman Furbush polled the Board for comments. Ms. Sangeleer needs more information. <br /> Mr. Bonvie mentioned that as one member he wants all the comments answered by each <br /> department to confirm their approval. <br /> Attorney Kirrane mentioned that an email can be sent to the individuals to provide their response <br /> to these comments to determine if they are satisfied with the corrections to the plans and/or <br /> conditions for the site. <br /> Mr. Reidy asked if the proposed plantings of trees were shown on the plan, and is the 1,000-gallon <br /> tank shown. Attorney Kirrane said yes. <br /> Mr.Dibb said that the Site Plan is dated April 18,2023,and he will reach out to each person. There <br /> are three outstanding questions submitted from Mr. Pesce. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell as one member wants all the comments answered and confirmed. <br /> There were no further comments from the Board. <br /> Attorney Kirrane requested a continuance for 40 Evergreen Circle until May 10, 2023. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked that an O&M report be provided at the next meeting because he will be keeping <br /> track of those plans. <br /> 15 <br />
