<br /> <br />MINUTES <br />MASHPEE BOARD OF SEWER COMMISSIONERS <br />THURSDAY MAY 11, 2023, 2:00 p.m. <br />MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br />WAQUOIT MEETING ROOM <br />16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br />MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br />*In-person, televised meeting* <br /> <br />Present: Vice-Chair, Meredith Harris, Clerk, Catherine Castaneda, <br /> Interim Town Engineer, Ray Jack, Joe Lyons, Al Towle, <br /> <br />Other attendees: Marc Drainville, GHD <br /> Anastasia Rudenkho, GHD <br /> Michaela Wyman-Columbo <br /> <br /> Absent: Chair, Chad Smith <br /> Erin Copeland <br /> Phyllis Sprout <br />2:00PM – Convene Meeting Vice-Chair, Meredith Harris called the meeting to order at 2:00PM in open <br />session at Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />MOMENT OF SILENCE <br /> <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION <br />None at this Time. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />Mr. Lyons made a motion to accept the minutes of the April 27, 2023 Sewer Commission Meeting. <br />Catherine Castaneda seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />1. Review and Approval of Web Site Proposed Revisions and Future Revisions. <br />Catherine Castaneda stated that there are 3 documents that the subcommittee has been working on and that <br />she is hoping to get them approved today. <br />One is making a slight change to the text on the Sewer Commission home page. <br />The second is the Project Overview and the third is a list of 11 particular action requests to be taken by the IT <br />Department. <br />Co-Chair Harris stated that they are working on simplifying the web site and Catherine agreed stating that they <br />are moving things into historical documents that don’t need to be there, updating the content and improving <br />how users locate content within the website. <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
