Collins, Town Manager <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. He stated that the Town Planner has recused <br /> himself from this meeting due to personal conflict. <br /> 9:00 am Project Address: 800 Falmouth Rd, Units 102A & B1A <br /> Business name,: CatDogg LLC <br /> Owner%A gnt: Robert V. Catania <br /> Proposed,tk Marijuana retail and product manufacturing, retail sales and <br /> office space in existing building units 102A and B1A under§174-24 (K), and <br /> §174-25 (E) (16) Special Permit with the ZBA. <br /> Mr. Robert Catania presented the application request for a marijuana retail and manufacturing <br /> establishment. He stated that the retail office space will consists of 2,500 sq. ft., and the <br /> basement consists of 1,450 sq. ft. to be utilized for manufacturing. The occupied building units <br /> will require to be fire code compliant. Mr. Catania mentioned that there will be a mechanical <br /> extraction process and will not have any chemicals. There will be a kitchen in the basement <br /> that the business will create edible products, i.e., brownies, and butter with minimal grease. <br /> The edibles will be on display in the retail part of the store, and will be prepackaged. <br /> Mr. Catania will not be growing the product, but will be purchasing the product from some of <br /> the 200 licensed growers throughout the'State. The Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) will <br /> be handling all the security and coding requirements. The CCC has very strict guidelines to <br /> follow. Mr. Catania will consult with the CCC on disposal of the waste produced, and expiration <br /> date compliancy. <br /> i <br />
