Minutes of Meeting <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, March 7, 2023 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Zach Sea§#[yjjqgjtkAq9pt <br /> Mr. Seabury said that the grease interceptor is under the plumbing code. He said that a variance <br /> could be requested for the interceptor regulation, and will require the company's name which is <br /> non-transferrable. A floor plan is required with a narrative of the process, and will require a <br /> Board of Health application for the variance. If there is an expansion that involves grease, it will <br /> require a code update with the Board of Health. Mr. Seabury would like to see the mechanical <br /> process without the use of the butane or ethanol. Mr. Seabury asked how the edibles will be <br /> displayed and how will the waste product be disposed. Mr. Seabury mentioned that a locked <br /> dumpster would be required and/or how the waste will be disposed. <br /> Mr. Catania will research the requirement for waste disposal. <br /> Joe Peltier De ut Fire Chief <br /> Mr. Peltier raised concerns with the other business uses located within the connected building <br /> units. Mr. Catania mentioned that Mr. Lehrer is researching the allowed use that are in close <br /> proximity. Mr. Peltier will need the new floor plan, cut sheets, floor plans, review the fire alarm <br /> panel and sprinkler system. <br /> David Morris Buildina Commissioner <br /> Mr. Morris will have to review the cut sheets as well. Mr. Morris said that he is not concerned <br /> with the baking production as long as there are no animal byproducts being used. <br /> Dan Kent Assistant Conservation A ent <br /> Mr. Kent said there are no detriments to any wetlands or open space. Collins Town Mana er <br /> Mr. Collins asked if the applicant is aware of the Inspector's interpretation of a grease trap. <br /> Mr. Morris said that baked goods are acceptable as long as there are no animal byproducts. <br /> Mr. Catania said that both unit areas will be secured under the rules and regulations of the <br /> CCC. He explained the day-to-day business and customer practice and safety requirements. <br /> He is anticipating there will be online ordering as well. Mr. Catania mentioned he has secured <br /> a contractor who will be providing the interior fit-out. Mr. Catania is expecting to have 15-20 <br /> employees. <br /> 2 <br />
