Collins, Town Manager <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 9:00 am Project Address: 40 Evergreen Circle <br /> Business name: Pastore Excavation, Inc. <br /> A e Owner: Attorney Christopher Kirrane for Chapter <br /> Closed, LLC <br /> ArchitectlEn ineer: Cape & Island Engineering <br /> Reguests: Applicant seeks to build a 7,475 sq. ft. commercial metal building <br /> with contractor bays. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the applicant requesting a typical Morton style <br /> metal building for 40 Evergreen Circle located in the 1-1 and Light Industrial Overlay <br /> Districts. Also present was Mark Dibb, Cape & Islands Engineering. This hearing will be <br /> presented to the Zoning Board of Appeals for contractor bays. This also includes a 1 ft. <br /> Variance request from the front yard setback because it is located on a cul-de-sac. The <br /> relief requested is for 75 ft. The plan that was submitted depicts 7,500 sq. ft. building <br /> which is incorrect; and is actually 7,475 sq. ft. <br /> Joe Peltier De ut Fire Chief <br /> Mr. Peltier raised concerns regarding the contractor bays if they are storing hazardous <br /> materials. <br />
