Gould and Jo Robin Gould request a Written Finding under <br /> §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an addition, extension of a pre-existing, non-conforming <br /> dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 116 Parcel 22, Mashpee, MA. (Continued <br /> from May 24, 2023 hearings at the request of the Board). <br /> Mr. Kevin Strick, with Strick Construction represented the homeowners for their home project. The <br /> building plans were revised as requested by Board. At the last hearing, the Board noticed that the <br /> original foundation plan was not aligned with the site plan.The architect revised Page 3 of 6 that depicts <br /> the correction. <br /> Mr. Stick said that there was a discrepancy on the original foundation plan. There's a bump-out on the <br /> existing foundation that is actually a cantilever, and this page is in the correct form for the existing <br /> foundation. <br /> 3 <br />
