Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 28, 2023 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North. <br /> Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Ron Bonvie, Scott <br /> Goldstein, Associate Members, George Ganzenmuller, Charles Reidy, Brad Pittsley, and Robert <br /> Caggiano were present. Building Commissioner, David Morris was also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being <br /> televised live on Mashpee TV. He asked the audience if they had any comments not related to <br /> any hearings on the Agenda. He will take public comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 21 Fro Pond Close and 352 Mash gee Neck Road: Owner, Timothy W. Leedham, Trustee of <br /> the Shoestring Bay Nominee Trust requests to modify the existing Special Permit of the marina <br /> use and expand to include the adjacent property located at 352 Mashpee Neck Road, Original <br /> Special Permits: (SP-83-3-008, SP-00-167, SP-02-59, and SP-2020-06), under §174-24 (C) (9) <br /> (b); §174-25(E);and§174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws,on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, <br /> Map 90 Parcel 83 and Map 90 Parcel 97,Mashpee,MA. (Continued from June 14,2023 hearings <br /> at the request of the Attorney). <br /> Sitting on this hearing were the four regular Board members and Associate Member, Charles <br /> Reidy. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the applicant for the modification request.Also present <br /> was Mark Dibb, Cape & Islands Engineering, and Tim Leedham, Owner of the property. At the <br /> last meeting the Board mentioned there were some issues and concerns that they wanted <br /> addressed before making their final decision. One item was that they received Mr. Pesce's final <br /> peer review report and approval of the revised changes provided by Cape&Islands Engineering. <br /> The Board did receive Mr. Pesce's approval and that he was satisfied,and he provided the Board <br /> his final peer review report. The Attorney also mentioned that there were some residents in the <br /> audience that had concerns and asked certain requests of the Board to possibly condition some <br /> of those items.Attorney Kirrane provided a list of those possible conditions if the Board approves <br /> the project. <br /> 1 <br />
