MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 28,2023 <br /> d. Board of Health recommending septic system upgrade to an I/A System to <br /> accommodate the office space and 3 bedroom house. The residential dwelling is only <br /> for office use, employee use and the three(3)-bedroom house. The residential house to <br /> be restricted to the dwelling with no future conversions of a restaurant. Portable <br /> Restroom to be used by boaters of the Marina. <br /> e. DPW Director requires a curb-cut permit for emergency access purposes. <br /> f. No boat rack storage allowed. No boat storage between June 1st thru and inclusive of <br /> September 1 st <br /> g. No special events allowed on the property, i.e., weddings,private functions. <br /> 6. Conditioned that vehicles are to exit and enter only from the driveway of 21 Frog Pond <br /> Close. <br /> 7. Conditioned that the lighting on the property be "night-sky" lighting and to satisfy peer <br /> review comments by Mr. Pesce dated June 26, 2023. <br /> 8. Conditioned that there be no construction on the property during the hours of 5:00 PM and <br /> 8:00 AM.No construction work on Sundays. <br /> 9. Conditioned that moving of boats and/or heavy vehicles be restricted to the hours between <br /> 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on 352 Mashpee Neck Road. <br /> 10. Conditioned that there is no boat, vehicle or trailer mechanical repairs/service done on 352 <br /> Mashpee Neck Road. <br /> 11. Conditioned that the screening between the two lots be Eastern Red Cedar rather than <br /> arborvitae. <br /> 12. Parking is restricted to customer parking and office use only. <br /> 13. The Zoning Board of Appeals finds that the residential use of the property is incidental to <br /> the marina only. <br /> 14.No short-term rental of the property. <br /> 15.
