She stated that she would like to see a wastewater treatment <br />facility on the West side of Town. <br />Mr. Cotton said that he thinks that after the meeting on Monday the Commission will have a potential road <br />map as to the costs and direction of the project moving forward. <br />Meredith Harris inquired about the progress of the Town’s application for a watershed permit and Mr. Cotton <br />said that it is in process. <br /> <br />3. Discussion of the “Menu” Option put in place by the Town Manager and the Goals of the Sewer <br />Commission. <br />This item was basically covered in Agenda item #2 above. <br /> <br />4. Discussion of memorializing Mr. Ray Jack. <br />Chair Smith informed the Commission that there is a number of options and that GHD has stated that there <br />will be a plaque put inside the treatment plant. <br />Mr. Towle stated that he thinks it would be a nice idea to name the road that goes into the plant Ray Jack <br />Way. <br />Catherine Castaneda suggested putting in a small pollinator garden at the wastewater treatment facility in <br />memory of Mr. Jack. <br /> <br />Chair Smith made a motion to memorialize Mr. Ray Jack by approving the installation of a pollinator garden <br />at the wastewater treatment facility and by naming the road entering the facility Ray Jack Way. <br />Phyllis Sprout seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />5.
