Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM. A quorum was <br /> declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Kevin Shackett, and Moharnad Fand. <br /> Also, in attendance were Kimberly Cot-in, Executive Director, Vincent Gault, Director of <br /> Maintenance, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Public Comment Richard Klein introduced himself as a possible candidate as the State <br /> Appointee, he -further declared that his wife Karen Faulkner was a former planning board <br /> runner. He briefly discussed his background. <br /> 3. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes—Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> minutes of the general session of the June 17, 2021 meeting. Mr. Shackett moved, Mr. <br /> Fand seconded to approve the minutes of the general session of June 17, 2021 meeting. <br /> The motion carried. 3-0-0. <br /> Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the executive session minutes of the June 17, 2021 <br /> meeting. Mr. Fand moved to approve and hold, the executive session minutes of June 17, <br /> 2021; seconded by Mr. Shackett. The motion carried. 3-0-0. <br /> 4. Treasurer's Report, Warrants and Budget Update (Board vote needed) The board <br /> briefly discussed changing the warrant templates as requested by Mr. Falld, it was concluded <br /> that the warrant should remain the same for now. Ms. Conn added that the warrant is a list of <br /> paid expenditures for the month and the details of these expenditures can be reviewed and <br /> discussed in the office by appointment.
