Expense Warrants – The warrants were reviewed and approved with the Members signing the <br />warrant presented by Mr. Seabury. (Office supplies, VNA for Covid vaccines) <br /> <br />2. Review and Approval of Minutes. 5/16/2023. The minutes were unanimously approved with <br />Mr. Raposa making the motion to accept the minutes as provided with Mr. Livingston seconding. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: Ed Raposa (Yes), John Livingston (Yes), Ernest Virgilio (Yes) <br />3 – 0 Unanimous. <br /> <br />3. Review of Request Variance – 22 Great River Road, Cape and Islands Engineering <br />The applicant was seeking to improve the septic system but requires set back variances: <br />1. MicroFast tank to property line from the required 10 feet to 4 feet. <br />2. MicroFast tank to foundation from the required 10 feet to 5 feet <br />Mr. Seabury noted the homeowner owns both properties and a letter was submitted indicating <br />that there was no objection to the variance. Mr. Seabury noted the proposed design plan includes <br />a MicroFast septic tank requiring inspection 4 times a year. The homeowner is voluntarily <br />upgrading the system in anticipation of selling the property. <br />Mr. Raposa made a motion to approve the variances which was seconded by Mr. Livingston. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: John Livingston (Yes). Ed Raposa (Yes), Ernest Virgilio (Yes) <br />3 – 0 Unanimous. <br /> <br />
