<br /> <br />MINUTES <br />MASHPEE BOARD OF SEWER COMMISSIONERS <br />THURSDAY AUGUST 10, 2023, 2:00 p.m. <br />MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br />WAQUOIT MEETING ROOM <br />16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br />MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br />*In-person, televised meeting* <br /> <br />Present: Chair, Chad Smith, Vice-Chair, Meredith Harris, Clerk, Catherine Castaneda, Erin Copeland, <br /> Joe Lyons, Phyllis Sprout, Al Towle <br /> <br />Other Attendees: Evan Lehrer, Mashpee Town Planner <br /> Sandra Tripp, GHD <br /> Zackary Seabury, Mashpee Health Agent <br />Absent: N/A <br /> <br />2:00PM – Convene Meeting: Chair, Chad Smith called the meeting to order at 2:00PM in open session at <br />Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />MOMENT OF SILENCE <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION <br />None at this Time. <br />APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS <br />None at this Time. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />Discussion and approval of the July 13, 2023 Sewer Commission Meeting minutes. <br />A motion was made by Meredith Harris to approve the minutes of the July 13, 2023 Sewer Commission <br />meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Al Towle. <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Website Review. <br />Evan Lehrer briefed the Commission relative to the website stating that he had met with Meredith and <br />Catherine to go over a general approach as to how the website can be improved as it pertains to the user <br />experience. He said that they are reorganizing and restructuring information that is already there. He stated <br />there will be a presentation to the Commission once the pages have been updated and verified, and are ready <br />to go live. He asked that the Commission confirm the Phase 1 and Phase 2 parcels. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
