<br />McManus noted that that other grant sources will be necessary suggesting several grant sources <br />at the permit level will facilitate this process. Mr. McManus is very optimistic about those <br />sources. The important thing is to keep the primary project goals in mind of providing habitat <br />for Herring and Brook Trout. The next step is to discuss the having a public meeting. Mr. <br />Colombo noted that September or Fall would be appropriate. Mr. McManus thought an onsite <br />presentation to get the public involved (A public walk). Mr. McManus than brought up <br />skipping to 50% to the 75% phase. Mr. Colombo <br />noted that Mr. McManus went through the process of bidding and received LEC’s proposal. <br />Mr. Colombo noted that the project is evolving and changing with the Planning Board. Mr. <br />Colombo expressed concern about the peer review given these evolving changes (such as <br />incomplete drainage plans).
