Representative: Cape & Islands Engineering, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />The applicant is seeking to upgrade the septic system with IA system. Mr. Colombo asked <br />about the work site access noting the area tight. The applicant indicated the access will be <br />from the driveway with removal of landscaping timber and brick walk. The applicant indicated <br />that the project has received approval from the Board of Health. In response to Colombo, <br />the applicant the original tank use will continue. Mr. Colombo asked if the nitrogen would be <br />less than 19 ppm (Regulation 30). The applicant did not have a calculation but noted there <br />would be a nitrogen reduction. Mr. McManus noted that was indeed an improvement.
