Next step is NOI submission for <br />Conservation Commission review. This would be the final stage of permitting resulting <br />in a Restoration Order of Conditions if approved by the Commission <br /> Land Acquisition Sub-Committee- Mr. McManus and Ms. Zollo have discussed how <br />to structure a process to identify lands desired to be purchased and communication <br />process with perspective sellers. Mr. McManus indicated that a subcommittee would <br />be organized based on that framework. <br /> Herring Warden updates: Mr. Kent noted the Herring counts have been collected and <br />will be tabulated. The count data has been submitted for run size estimates-APCC <br />(Association for the Preservation of Cape Cod) The only problem noted was the <br /> Santuit Pond Fish Ladder. Mr. McManus noted funding to remedy the Santuit Pond <br />Fish Ladder is in place and things are moving forward to address the ladder’s <br />deficiencies. <br /> Harbor Management Committee update: A public workshop scheduled for July 13th <br />from 4-6 p.m. at the New Seabury Country Club <br /> <br />
