HEARINGS:

6:00 Kenneth E. Marsters, II, 53 Lakeview Drive. Proposed construction of in-ground pool, AOOC
landscaping and hardscaping. Representative: Prime Properties Limited Partnership

Regarding the property’s erosion, Mr. Colombo noted it was not the worst he has seen but it
was right up there. Mr. Colombo went on note siltation fencing sections buried despite there
not being a major rain event. Based on this, Mr. Colombo indicated he wanted to see
everything restored before proceeding. Mr. McManus concurred noting that the erosion and
siltation needs to be fixed noting nothing had been done since his site visit 2 months prior.
Mr. McManus went on to suggest a site visit to determine the wetland impact. Mr. Colombo
stated that the buffer zone integrity needs to be restored. Mr. Colombo on a site visit noted
the drainage into the dry wells was problematic with the patio being undercut. Based on this
Mr. Colombo suggested a continuance which the applicant was amenable to.

th
July 13 @ 6:21 pm.
Ms. Zollo made a motion for a continuance which seconded by Mr. Cook.

Roll Call Vote:
Alexandra Zollo (Yes)
Steven Cook (Yes)
Marjorie Clapprood (Yes)
Sandra Godfrey (Yes)
Paul Colombo (Yes)
5 – 0 (unanimously)

6:03 Thomas and Joan Marie Analetto, Trustees, 48 Quaker Run Road. Proposed NOI

construction of pier, ramp and float. Representative: Shorefront Consulting

The applicant went through a presentation noting a revision shortening the dock by 51 feet
to allow 18” clearance. Mr. Kent informed the applicant that a stamp planned is required for
the Shellfish Commissioner to comment on the shellfish mitigation required and
recommended a continuance.

Mr. Cook asked about the PVC piping and mooring (belong to Mr. Analetto). Mr. Zollo noted
that mooring position (Not an issue since dock shortened by 51 feet). Mr. Colombo asked
about a plastic jug, but the applicant pleaded ignorance. The plan is to keep the mooring
and the dock. Mr. McManus reiterated that the plan needs to be stamped for the shellfish
mitigation fee.

PUBLIC COMMENT: John Pentikiss (58 Quaker Run Road) just to see if 18” water level
was necessary and hopes his neighbor enjoys his dock.

th
July 13 @ 6:24 pm
Mr. Cook made a motion for a continuance which was seconded by Ms. Godfrey.
Roll Call Vote:
Alexandra Zollo (Yes)
Steven Cook (Yes)
Marjorie Clapprood (Yes)
Sandra Godfrey (Yes)
