Public Comments: Resident inquiry regarding clarification of HMPC (Harbor Management Plan Committee) meeting room location and time. Chris Avis clarified that all meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month in the Waquoit Bay conference room. No other public comments. Project Team: Kristen Uiterwyk and Allison Novelly from the Urban Harbors Institute (UHI) of the University of Massachusetts Boston attend the meeting live. They will be the core project team from UHI assisting the town in receiving a state approved Harbor Management Plan Old Business: Public Engagement: Group discussion on assessment/opinions of opening public scoping meeting at the Mashpee Library on March iith, 2023.
