He agrees that the size <br /> is too large. <br /> There was no more discussion. <br /> Jonathan explained that the Design Review Committee makes <br /> recommendations to the regulatory Boards. <br /> There was discussion regarding approved signs in Town that are similar in <br /> size. <br /> Joe agreed that the application should be submitted to the ZBA. Joe made <br /> a motion to approve the sign design, but it is too large, and recommends <br /> ZBA approval. <br /> Jonathan Furbush seconded. No more discussion. <br /> Dave took a roll call vote; Joe, yes, Tyler, yes, Miles, no, Jonathan, yes, and <br /> Dave, yes. The Committee voted 4-1 as submitted. <br /> 8:45 am Project Address: 40 Evergreen Circle <br /> Business Name: Pastore Excavation, Inc. <br /> Agent: Attorney, Kevin Kirrane with DKM&G <br /> Architect/Engineer: Holmes & McGrath <br /> Request: Applicant seeks approval for signage of a 12 sq. ft. <br /> sign. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the application. Also present was Tim <br /> Santos with Holmes and McGrath. This project is similar to the Evergreen <br /> Circle projects for contractor's yards that were presented at the last <br /> meeting. There is no building proposed for this lot; it is only a contractor's <br /> yard that is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. The sign is largely used for <br /> the vehicles in connection with the excavation company, and the sign meets <br /> the requirements of the sign code bylaw. <br /> Attorney Kirrane said that the sign is white with blue lettering. The material <br /> is 6 x 6 wooden posts. The sign is painted and will have flood lights mounted <br /> at the bottom of the sign. <br /> Jonathan said that this sign pertains to the bylaw Section 174-55 (C). <br /> 2 <br />
