Town of Mashpee <br /> 'et° 16 Great Neck Road North, <br /> Ma,shpee, NIA 02649 <br /> ���A°Yonruw M�`5�wc <br /> ADA Committee Meeting Minutes <br /> Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Thursday, July 14, 2022 <br /> Present: Merrill Blum, Kim Landry, HR Director, David Morris, Building Commissioner, <br /> Colleen Meehan,John Cotton, Select Board Liaison <br /> Absent: Jaime Curley <br /> CALL TO ORDER: <br /> The meeting opened and was called to order by Ms. Landry at 2:05 PM. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A motion was made by Mr. Morris, and seconded by Ms. Meehan to approve the May 12, 2022 <br /> meeting minutes. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Election of Officers <br /> Ms. Landry handed out the Boards, Commissions and Committees Handbook so all <br /> members could review the duties of board/committee officers before elections were <br /> held. The committee voted to reorganize as follows: <br /> • Merrill Blum was elected as Chair (a motion was made by Colleen Meehan <br /> and seconded by Mr. Morris; all in favor) <br /> • Colleen Meehan was elected as Vice Chair(a motion was made by Mr. Blum <br /> and seconded by Mr. Morris; all in favor) <br /> • Kim Landry was elected as the Clerk (a motion was made by Ms. Meehan <br /> and was seconded by Mr. Morris; all in favor) <br /> 2. Committee Purpose/Mission Statement <br /> Mr. Blum handed out copies of the Barnstable Disability Commission's purpose <br /> statement and reviewed some of the many projects that the Town of Barnstable <br /> Disability Commission had funded (both public and private) when he served as <br /> Committee Chair (Hyannis West Project, awards to graduating seniors and Project <br /> Forward at Cape Cod Community College). There were nine members on the <br /> 1 <br />
