that all committee members will take the time to review the Open Meeting Law so that <br />all members understand their responsibilities under the law. <br />3. 2022 Meeting Calendar <br />Dates for ADA Committee meetings that are generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of every <br />other month were reviewed. There were no conflicts with designated <br />holidays/observances. Ms. Landry will prepare and send 2022 meeting dates to the Town <br />Clerk's office. The committee would like to temporarily meet on a monthly basis to get <br />the committee up and running again. <br />4. Interview Questions <br />Ms. Landry had prepared several draft interview questions to be used when interviewing <br />potential committee members when a vacancy exists. The committee reviewed and voted <br />to approve the questions. <br />ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br />1. The ADA webpage on the Town's website was briefly reviewed and two updates were <br />recommended. The first was to update the key contact information to David Morris and <br />provided his office phone number. The second was to add committee members David <br />Morris and Jean Bowden to the committee members listing.
