Representative: Baxter-Nye Engineering & <br /> <br />Surveying (continued from 5/4, 6/15, 7/13) <br /> <br />10/19/2023 @ 6:03 <br /> <br />\[Mr. McManus indicated that the applicant is submitting plans to the Planning Board <br />providing plenty of time until the appearance before the Conservation Commission. At that <br />th <br />point, peer review can be triggered. The October 19 hearing will allow the applicant to go <br />over the revisions – no vote will be taken, and another continuance will be requested. In <br />response to Ms. Copeland, Mr. McManus noted the number of units sought initially will be <br />lower – 12 from 14. Mr. Colombo added that all the requests for continuance have been <br />from the applicant and anyone under misapprehension that all the Boards are waiting on one <br />another to act is not true. Mr. Colombo noted the Conservation Commission was ready to <br />go with LEC peer review contract in place. Mr. Cook, referring to the Planning letter, noted <br />there was the issue of the number of bedrooms allowed which was independent of the <br />Conservation Commission’s peer review – hopefully, the bedroom issue will be clarified. The plan proposes planting <br />52 trees (2:1 requirement). Despite the indication on the plan to the contrary, the applicant <br />is proposing to plant a variety of species.
