At that <br />th <br />point, peer review can be triggered. The October 19 hearing will allow the applicant to go <br />over the revisions – no vote will be taken, and another continuance will be requested. In <br />response to Ms. Copeland, Mr. McManus noted the number of units sought initially will be <br />lower – 12 from 14. Mr. Colombo added that all the requests for continuance have been <br />from the applicant and anyone under misapprehension that all the Boards are waiting on one <br />another to act is not true. Mr. Colombo noted the Conservation Commission was ready to <br />go with LEC peer review contract in place. Mr. Cook, referring to the Planning letter, noted <br />there was the issue of the number of bedrooms allowed which was independent of the <br />Conservation Commission’s peer review – hopefully, the bedroom issue will be clarified.
