Meeti a, Called to Order: The meeting was called to order by Jill Allen at 5:00 PM. A <br /> quorum was declared with the following members present, Jill Allen, Mary LeClair, Lisa <br /> Meizinger,Richard Klein, and Mohamad Fand. <br /> 2. Public Comment: There were no public comments. <br /> 3® A roval of Previous Meeting's Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve <br /> the general session minutes of June 9, 2022. Lisa Meizinger moved; Richard Klein <br /> seconded. Motion Carried 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve <br /> the general session minutes of June 30, 2022. Lisa Meizinger moved; Richard Klein <br /> seconded. Motion Carried 4-Ayes, 0-Nays, Mohamad Fand-Abstained. <br /> 4. Treasurer's RgRQrL Warrants and > udet fJt�datem Ms. Conn reviewed the Warrants <br /> for May, June, & July 2022. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the May 2022 <br /> Warrants; seconded by Mohamad Fanda, Motion Carried 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. Mr. Klein <br /> moved to approve the June 2022 Warrants; seconded by Ms. Meizinger. Motion <br /> Carried 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the July 2022 Warrants; <br /> seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion Carried 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn then reviewed the <br /> Accounts Receivable as of June 30, 2022. She recommended writing off$407.00 fi-om a <br /> vacated deceased tenant. Ms. LeClair moved to write off the A/R balance of$407.00 <br /> from unit 5 of Homeyer Village effective June 30, 2022; seconded by Mohamad <br /> Fanda, Motion Carried 5-Ayes, 0-Nays.
