meeting; Mr. Klein seconded. Motion Denied. Mr. Fand requested that this matter be <br /> formulated into a written document, a discussion then ensued. Ms. Conn discussed <br /> privacy of residents, reiterating that the office cannot, and will not release specific <br /> resident information to board members, or any other party. She further discussed the <br /> privacy of the tenant board member, and that the recent request for a site visit to the unit <br /> was construed as harassment and an invasion of privacy. The tenant board member added <br /> that housing and financial stability is very private and confidential information. The <br /> board discussed this topic at length and reviewed protocol for obtaining demographic <br /> information of housing participants. The board agreed to hang fliers, and/or community <br /> outreach information provided by the outside agency in the common areas of the <br /> properties so that individual residents wishing to participate in such events could at their <br /> will. <br /> 8. Other Business: The board agreed to review the Bathtub Replacement Quote results for <br /> Breezy Acres; so that the capital project could proceed. A discussion of suggested <br /> vendors that conduct this type of work ensued, however the Housing Authority in this <br /> instance had reached out to a least ten local vendors. After a brief discussion, Ms. <br /> Meizinger moved to award the bathtub replacement contract to MJ. Connors <br /> Company, Inc. in the amount of$13,400.00; seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion Carried <br /> 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 9. Correspondence/Communications: Ms. Conn reviewed the recent Board of Health <br /> Z�ominunication(s)regarding unit 9 of Homeyer Village. <br /> 10. Next Meeting Dateand Time: September 8, 2022, at 5:00 PM. <br /> n. Adjournment: Ms. Meizinger moved to adjourn the meeting; Mr. Klein seconded. <br /> Motion Carried 5-Ayes, 0-Nays.
