Meetina Called to Order: The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair, Mary LeClair <br />at 5:00 PM. A quorum was declared with the following members present, Mary LeClair, <br />Richard Klein, Lisa Meizinger, & Mohamad Fand. <br />2. Public Comment: There were no public comments. <br />3. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. LeClair entertained a motion to approve <br />the general session minutes of September 8, 2022. Lisa Meizinger moved to approve <br />the minutes of the general session meeting of September 8, 2022, seconded by <br />Richard Klein. Motion Carried 3-Ayes, 0-Nays, Mohamad Fand-Abstained. <br />4. Treasurer's Report, and Warrants: Ms. Conn reported that the Financials were not yet <br />available. She then reviewed the August & September 2022 Warrants. Mr. Fand <br />requested a copy of the Warrants be sent in excel format to the board, Ms. Conn agreed to <br />send a copy in excel format. Lisa Meizinger moved to approve the August 2022, & <br />September 2022 Warrants, seconded by Richard Klein. Motion Carried 4-Ayes, 0- <br />Nays. <br />5. Executive Director's Report & UMates: Ms. Conn reported that there are two <br />vacancies, one at Asher's Path, and one at Breezy Acres. Capital Funds were requested <br />to upgrade the bathtub at Breezy Acres since this project is on the deferred maintenance <br />list and the unit is vacant. The eviction proceedings that were in place with a Homeyer <br />resident were finally resolved through a mediated, court ordered conduct agreement, and <br />the resident will remain in the unit. Ms. Conn is still working with the attorney to <br />complete the documents for the Partner Exit. Ms. Corm reviewed the PMR Ratings for <br />FY-2022, which is an unpublished year. She then reviewed the Agreed Upon Procedures <br />for FYE 6/30/2022, with no findings. <br />
