6. Old Business: Ms. Conn reported that she sent an e-mail to Tom Feronti of Mashpee <br />Commons requesting a meeting to discuss the possibility of hooking up to the Wast- <br />Water Treatment Facility, but a meeting date has not been determined. Mr. Klein <br />reported that the CPC reviewed funding that was granted in previous years, and that 10% <br />was set aside in the operating budget to acquire new properties. Ms. Conn added that she <br />attended the last meeting and that those that were awarded funding at May Town meeting <br />were going to be invited to the November meeting to present an update on their projects. <br />7. New Business: Ms. Conn reviewed Public Housing Notice 2022-14 "Resident Service <br />Coordinators Notice of Availability of Funding (NOFA). She then reviewed the draft <br />copy of Mashpee Housing Authority's joint application with the Brewster Housing <br />Authority. After a brief discussion, Lisa Meizinger moved to approve the application <br />be edited as necessary after computing resident feedback, and submitted; seconded <br />by Richard Klein. Motion Carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br />9. Correspondence/Communications: Ms. Conn reviewed the complaint letter and the <br />compliance letter from the Board of Health regarding unit 7 of Homeyer Village, closing <br />out the complaint. <br />10. Next Meeting Date and Time: November 10, 2022, at 5:00 PM. <br />Adjournment: Ms. Meizinger moved to adjourn the meeting; Mr. Klein seconded. <br />Motion Carried 4-Ayes, 0-Nays.
