Meetine Called to Order: The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair, Mary LeClair <br />at 5:03 PM. A quorum was declared with the following members present, Mary LeClair, <br />Richard Klein, Mohamad Falid, & Lisa Meizinger. <br />2. Public Comment: There were no public comments. <br />3. ADProval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. LeClair entertained a motion to approve <br />the general session minutes of November 10, 2022. Lisa Meizinger moved to approve <br />the minutes of the general session meeting of November 10, 2022, seconded by <br />Richard Klein. Motion Carried 3-Ayes, 0-Nays, Mohamad Falid-Abstained. <br />4. Treasurer's R2,,gio2lrtLWEagrErKaggkand _Rgk2LLYE 6/30/2023.: Ms. Conn introduced the <br />new Fee Accountant Steve Cote of Fenton, Ewald, & Associates. After a brief discussion <br />with the board, he thoroughly reviewed the 6/30/2023 Budget for Mashpee Housing <br />Authority (MHA). The budget presentation included the 4001, MRVP, & Management <br />Programs. MHA reorganized the salary structure and reclassified positions to conform <br />with the budget guidelines. Ms. Conn then presented the Executive Director Salary <br />Calculation Worksheet. After a lengthy discussion, Lisa Meizinger moved to approve <br />the Executive Director Worksheet, the 4001, MRVP, and Management Budgets for <br />FYE 6/30/2023 as presented, seconded by Mary LeClair. Motion Carried 5-Ayes, 0- <br />Nays. The financials will be presented at the January board meeting. Ms. Conn then <br />reviewed the November 2022 Warrants. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the <br />November 2022 Warrants, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion Carried 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br />
