5. Executive Director's Report & Updates: Ms. Conn reported that there are two <br />vacancies at Asher's Path, and one at Breezy Acres, Quotes are being requested for some <br />of the work and will be paid for with Capital Funds. There are three rents past due at the <br />elderly site, one at the family site, and two at Asher's Path; they are most likely <br />collectible. The application for Partner Exit is being reviewed by Mass Housing and we <br />are required to update the Tenant Selection Plan as part of the process. Ms. LeClair <br />moved to approve the tenant selection plan updates to be drafted and submitted by <br />Ms. Conn as required, seconded by Ms. Meizinger. Motion Carried. 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br />Ms. Conn reviewed the Bathtub Replacement Project 172059 Change Order in the <br />amount of $1,080.00 to repair a pipe that had been leaking due to a nail hole, replace the <br />toilet flange, install PVC fittings, and a new subfloor. Mr. Klein moved to approve <br />change order #1 in the amount of $1,080.00 for Bathtub Replacement Project <br />172059, seconded by Mr. Fand. Motion Carried. 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn then <br />presented the Certificate of Substantial Completion for Bathtub Replacement Project <br />172059. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the Certificate of Substantial Completion <br />for Bathtub Replacement Project 172059, seconded by Mr. Fand. Motion Carried. 5- <br />Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn presented the Certificate of Final Completion for Bathtub <br />Replacement Project 172059 in the amount of $14,480.00 including the change order. <br />Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the Certificate of Final Completion for Bathtub <br />Replacement Project 172059 in the amount of $14,480.00, seconded by Ms. LeClair. <br />Motion Carried. 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br />6. Old Business: Ms. Conn reported that she still has documents to put together for <br />submission to Tom Feronti of Mashpee Commons requesting the possibility of hooking <br />up to the Waste -Water Treatment Facility. Mr. Klein shared a list of nine potential <br />projects submitted to the CPC for review and provided a detailed update of the status of <br />each project. The board had a lengthy discussion of the various projects and the history <br />of funding sources provided by the Town on various other projects. Ms. Conn reviewed <br />the Mashpee Housing Authority Programs Overview that was presented at the December <br />6, 2022 Affordable Housing Committee, the report was well received at the meeting. <br />Ms. Conn reported that she has not received a response to the HILAPP application and <br />that the employee at DHCD responsible for approving applications has resigned. Ms. <br />Conn will follow up on the status. The Resident Service Coordinator Grant was <br />submitted on November 18, 2022 as originally required, but DHCD extended the <br />deadline until December 16, 2022, applicants should expect a response approximately 30 <br />days after the new deadline, Mr. Fand had previously requested that a Discussion of <br />Remote Participation be added to the agenda, but has requested it be removed. <br />7. New Business: Ms. Conn reviewed the ARPA Contract for Financial Assistance (CFA) <br />4001 Amendment in the amount of $41,277.00. Ms. LeClair moved to approve the <br />CFA 4001 Amendment in the amount of $41,277.00, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion <br />Carried. 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br />8. Other Business: Ms. Conn reviewed Mashpee 2024 CIP 5-Year Plan as prepared by <br />Regional Capital Assistance Team (RCAT) with assistance from MHA Maintenance and <br />Admin Staff after compiling a list of agency and tenant requested projects. This plan is <br />one component of the Annual Plan that will be presented via Public Hearing at the March <br />2023 board meeting. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the plan as drafted, seconded <br />by Ms. LeClair. Motion Carried. 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br />
