<br /> <br />MINUTES <br />MASHPEE BOARD OF SEWER COMMISSIONERS <br />THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 28, 2023, 2:00 p.m. <br />MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br />WAQUOIT MEETING ROOM <br />16 GREAT NECK ROAD NORTH <br />MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br />*In-person, televised meeting* <br /> <br />Present: Chair, Chad Smith, Vice-Chair, Meredith Harris, Clerk, Catherine Castaneda, Joe Lyons , <br /> Phyllis Sprout, Al Towle <br /> <br />Other Attendees: Karyn Leslie, Mashpee Planning Department <br /> Sandra Tripp, GHD <br /> <br />Absent: Erin Copeland <br /> <br />2:00PM – Convene Meeting: Chair, Chad Smith called the meeting to order at 2:00PM in open session at <br />Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />MOMENT OF SILENCE <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION <br />None at this Time. <br />APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS <br />None at this Time. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />Discussion and approval of the September 14, 2023 Sewer Commission Meeting minutes. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Towle to approve the minutes of the September 14, 2023 Sewer Commission <br />meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Meredith Harris. <br />Motion passed by unanimous consent with Chair, Chad Smith abstaining. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />N/A <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />1. Website Revision Review. <br />Karyn Leslie of the Planning Department gave a presentation on the updated website. She stated that it is <br />streamlined and more efficient. <br />Karyn walked Commission through navigation of the website. <br />There is now a link directly to the original 2015 plan that they are managing by. <br />It was stated that it is still a work in progress and will be updated and maintained regularly as more <br />information becomes available. <br />The web address is https://www.mashpeema.gov/sewer-commission. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
