(Continued until Wednesday, October 25,2023 hearings at the request of the <br /> Attorney). <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read a letter into the record received by Attorney Kirrane requesting a continuance <br /> until October 25, 2023. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion relative to 339 Monomoscoy Road accepting the continuance. Mr. <br /> Furbush second. All were in favor. <br /> 234 Main Street: Owner, Nathan J. Connolly requests a Written Finding under §174-17 of the <br /> Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a family room and entry way addition, extension to a <br /> pre-existing,non-conforming structure on property located in an R-5 and Historic District(s),Map <br /> 37, Parcel 71, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Connolly represented himself for the request for a Written Finding to construct a breeze way <br /> into a family room. <br /> Mr. Morris stated that he is extending a non-conformity of the front setback from the street. In his <br /> opinion,he is not creating any new non-conformities. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the Conservation Department comments dated September 9, 2023 into the record; <br /> "Not in wetlands jurisdiction". <br /> Mr. Reidy read a comment from Evan Lehrer, Town Planner dated September 19, 2023. "The <br /> Historic Commission reviewed and approved Mr. Connolly's proposed addition at 234 Main Street <br /> and thus the Planning Department recommends approval. " <br /> 3 <br />
