The proposed room over the garage must remain unheated. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Mr. Reidy, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, no. <br /> The Board voted 4 to 1 in favor of the Written Finding garage project. <br /> 20 Evergreen Circle: Petitioner, Cape Cod Gutter Monkeys, LLC request a Special <br /> Permit/Modification under the Zoning Bylaws §174-24 C, §174-25 G(6), Warehouse, and <br /> §174-25 D (1) Office to allow for construction of a 7,300 sq. ft. commercial building for <br /> storage and office use together with accessory parking, on property located in the I-1 and <br /> Light Industrial Overlay District(s), Map 16, Parcel 10-2, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the applicants who were present as well as Joao <br /> Junqueira, with Capewide Construction for the proposed building, and Dan O'Jala with <br /> Down Cape Engineering. In 2018, the Board granted a Special Permit for the construction <br /> of two buildings on this property. This proposal is to replicate the construction of the larger <br /> building that the Board had previously approved. The building will be 7,300 sq. ft., and <br /> will be used for the Gutter Monkeys business which includes storage of materials used in <br /> connection with their installation, repair and cleaning of gutters and associated uses. <br /> The lot is situated in a recently developed sub-division off of Main St. A small portion of <br /> the premises is located in the C-3 District, but a vast majority of 55,657 sq. ft. is industrial <br /> zone. The proposal includes an addition to the building, with 23 parking spaces, including <br /> one handicap space. The building itself is a typical Morton style building and will comply <br /> with all applicable zoning criteria. The applicant has applied for a Special Permit under <br /> §174-24 C, §174-25 G (6), which is the contractor bay and §174-25 D (1) for office use. <br /> The Board must find that the proposed development and use will not adversely affect public <br /> health and safety concerns. <br /> 4 <br />
