Town o, f Mashpee <br />16 Great Neck Road North <br />Mashpee, MA 02649 <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 11, 2023 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, <br />at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North. <br />Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, Board Members, Sharon Sangeleer, William Blaisdell, Jonathan <br />Furbush, Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, George Ganzenmuller, Charles Reidy, and <br />Brad Pittsley. Also present was Building Commissioner, David Morris. <br />Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being <br />televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. <br />CONTINUED HEARINGS <br />108 Captains Raw: Owners, Nicholas M. and Kathy DiGiusto, Trustees request a Written Finding <br />under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for replacement of an access timber <br />stairway, and lower deck to dock on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 96 Parcel 16, <br />Mashpee, M.A. (Received letter from the Attorney requesting a continuance until November 8, <br />2023 hearings). <br />Attorney Kirrane requested a continuance until November 8, 2023 hearings. The application was <br />continued by the Conservation Commission until November 2, 2023. Ms. Sangeleer read a letter <br />from Attorney Kirrane into the record requesting a continuance until November 8, 2023. Mr. <br />Furbush made a motion that the Board accept the request until November 8, 2023. Ms. Sangeleer <br />second. All were in favor. <br />61 Shoestrin Ba Road: Petitioner, 61 Shoestring Bay Road, LLC requests a Variance under <br />§ 174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws (Setback from wetlands) to allow for construction of a new single <br />family dwelling and attached garage on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, (Willowbend <br />Development), Map 84 Parcel 35, Mashpee, MA. (Received letter from the Attorney requesting <br />a continuance until October 25, 2023 hearings). <br />Attorney Kirrane requested to amend his letter to continue this hearing until November 8, 2023. <br />Ms. Sangeleer read a letter from Attorney Kirrane into the record requesting a continuance until <br />November 8, 2023. Mr. Furbush made a motion that the Board accept the request until November <br />8, 2023. Mr. Blaisdell second. All were in favor. <br />
