Board of Health Sponsored Flu Clinics. <br />Co-Chair Harris announced the upcoming Board of Health sponsored flu clinics to be held at Christ the King <br />ndth <br />Church on Thursday, November 2 from 3:00 to 6:00pm and Thursday, November 9from 9:00am to <br />12:00pm. <br />Pre-registration is required by calling 508-862-7000 or by scheduling through MyChart or by visiting and <br />scheduling through the Cape Cod Healthcare website at www.capecodhealthcare.org. <br /> <br />Correspondence <br />None at this Time. <br /> <br />Additional Topics <br />Phyllis Sprout brought a matter to the attention of the Commission with regard to Rbt. B. Our Company <br />procedural changes whereas in the past the utility company would go to a property and mark where the <br />utilities are with paint and then Rbt. B. Our would come and place the green stake. The procedure has been <br />reversed with Rbt. B. Our placing the green stake before the utility company comes. Robert B. Our has also <br />started using white paint instead of the green stake. Mrs. Sprout would like to know why this has changed. <br /> <br />Mr. Norman Hall stated that he purchased his home this passed May and is inquiring as to what phase <br />Leatherleaf Lane is on.
