Meetina Called to Order: The niecting was called to order by Jill Allen at 5:00 I'M. A <br /> cluoruin was declared with the following members present, Jill Alen, Mary LeClair, & <br /> Lisa Meizinger. <br /> 2. Public Comment: There were no public comments. <br /> 3. Approval of Previous McTtino s Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve <br /> the general session minutes of,larniary 12, 2023. Lisa Meizinger moved to approve the <br /> minutes of the general session meeting of January 12, 2023, seconded by Mary <br /> Le(.1air. Motion Carried 3-A.yes, O-Nays. <br /> 4. Treasurer's lie port,)Yarrantsand Budget FYE V30/2023: The treasurer's report for <br /> January 2023 was not available as of the niecting (late as the end oil'inonth close out had <br /> Just been submitted to the Fee Accountant. Ms. Conn reviewed the January 2023 <br /> Warrants. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve January 2023 Warrants, seconded by <br /> Ms. Allen. Motion Carried 3-Ayes, O.-Nays. <br /> S. Executive Director's tZeporL& IjJ )dates: Ms. Conn reported that Maslipee & 'Brewster <br /> IlAs were fully ]eased eftlective February 1, 2023. There are two rents olitstancling at <br /> Asher's fatly of which one will be utilizing the SectiriLy Deposit to cover January rent, <br /> one re.nt at I forneyer Village, and one rent at. Breezy Acres, these are expected to be <br /> received. Ms. Conn will be posting both the Assistant Director, & Property Matiager <br /> posilloll(s) soon. <br /> 6.
