Executive Director's Report & Updates: Ms. Conn reported that the rents had not yet <br /> been posted, and an update to the receivables would be presented at the next meeting. <br /> ']'here are two vacancies, one at I lorneyer Village, and one at Asher's Path, There are two <br /> litigations Underway at Florneyer Village. Capital Project updates, the ARPA project for <br /> Breezy Acres Sidewalk & Catch Basin bid is complete and will he discussed hater in the <br /> .meeting. The bid package has been completed for the Breezy Acres Building Envelope <br /> and is awaiting E101-11,C. approval before going Out to bid. <br /> 5. Old Business: Ms. Conn reported that there were no updates on the Ilorneyer Village <br /> �S_eptie and since the existing system is working as intended, she will. be removing it from <br /> the agenda. Mr. Klein reported that lie had done some research and the installation of an <br /> onsite wastewater system would be approximately $1-$2 rnil lion, and a study would need <br /> to be completed in advance, which would also be costly. 'Fhe nearby 39-unit pro.ject <br /> recently built systern cost approximately $500,000 but has gone up in price extravagantly <br /> since then. Mr. Klein reported the l'ollowing updates as the CPC Liaison, a WWTF <br /> application is expected in the future, $73,000 for historic cemetery restoration, disc golf <br /> was approved for approximately $200,000, and $500,000 to the Affordable I lousing Trust <br /> -for property purchase. Ms. Conn requested Mr. Klein to inquire about the process for the <br /> M8ShpeC Housing Authority to submit reirribursernent requests for the Breezy Acres, and <br /> I lorneyer Village projects. <br /> 0 Mr. Klein, indicated that lie would like to continue as the CP <br /> liaison that is tip for appointment later in the agenda. Ms. Conn reported that the I,EIAN <br /> audit work was completed at I lorneyer Village, except for one unit who refused entry, the <br /> vendor will not be rescheduling. Ashers Path will be completed tontorrow, and Breezy <br /> Acres will be next week. Ms. Conch reviewed the updated worksheet for continued <br /> discussion of Board Member Training and Procurement. Asher's path hook-up to Town <br /> Sewer was last discussed with Ray Jack, and the Town was exploring a tce for service <br /> 1100k-Up like a betterment; this item will be removed from the agenda until there is a <br /> recommendation for board action. <br /> 6. New Business: Ms. Conn reviewed the CIUOte results from IT Vendors, and a lengthy <br /> conversation ensued. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve Ms. Corm to contract with <br /> Mai-ion Computers as the new II' Vendor, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion Carried. <br /> 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. The board then reviewed Project #172064 Sidewalk and Drainage <br /> Improvement bid results and recommended by GCGT Associates, Inc. the lowest bidder was <br /> 102 Property Maintenance, Inc in the amount ot'$49,680.00. After a brief discussion, Ms. <br /> Meizinger moved to award the Sidewalk and Drainage Improvement Project 4172064 <br /> in the amount of $49,680.00 to 102 Property Maintenance, Inc., seconded by Ms. <br /> I <br /> LeClair. Motion Carried. 5-Ayes, O-Nays. <br /> Ms. Allen discussed the annual election of'officers, and positions as follows: Chairperson, <br /> Vice-Chairperson, Treasurer, & Assistant Treasurer. Ms. LeClair <br /> 'lair made a motion to <br /> n ominate Jill Allen as Chairperson, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion (.'.'.,arricd. 5- <br /> Ayes, O-Nays.
