Town of Mashpee <br />16 Great Neck Road North <br />Mashpee, MA 02649 <br />Minutes of Meeting of <br />Design Review Committee <br />Tuesday, October 17, 2023 <br />Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br />Design Review Committee Members Present: <br />Mr. Dave Morris, Building Commissioner <br />Mr. Jonathan Furbush, ZBA Board Member <br />Ms. Carolyn Szarlan, Committee Member <br />Ms. Karen Faulkner, Planning Board Chair was absent <br />Dave called the meeting to order at 8:00 am. <br />CONTINUED HEARING <br />ergj Address: 50 Evergreen Circle <br />Business name: Pastore Excavation, Inc. <br />Owner/Agent: Chapter Closed, LLC <br />Representative: Attorney Christopher Kirrane <br />Architect/En ineer: Cape & Islands Engineering <br />Request: Petitioner seeks to construct a 9,672 sq. ft. <br />contractor bay/warehouse. (No signage request) <br />Attorney Kirrane represented the applicant for the continued hearing. Also present was Mr. <br />Mark Dibb, Cape & Islands Engineering. <br />The Committee continued the hearing because the landscape/site plans did not match the <br />building/floor plans. Mr. Dibb provided the revised landscape plan depicting the drainage <br />basins that were added instead of seeding and loam. The site plan was revised to depict the <br />eight (8) bays, and were provided to Mr. Ed Pesce for his peer review. <br />Mr. Furbush asked if the open space area was cleared. Mr. Dibb said that it has been <br />revegetated. Attorney Kirrane mentioned that it was cleared years ago. There is fencing that <br />surrounds the area along the north and west side. <br />
