MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 25, 2023 <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />➢ Approve Meeting Minutes dated October 11, 2023. <br />Ms. Sangeleer made a motion that the Board approve the minutes dated October 11, 2023. Mr. <br />Furbush second. All were in favor. <br />ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br />(This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would be <br />discussed.) <br />Chairman Bonvie requested that standard motion forms for ZBA applications be available for the <br />Board if required to make administrative adjustments. <br />Mr. Reidy had a question relative to Evan Lehrer's comments that were very informative. He asked <br />what would be the requirement of the Board if Mr. Lehrer stated an application did not apply with <br />the Zoning Bylaws. <br />Chairman Bonvie stated that it would be up the Board to make a decision. Mr. Lehrer is not a <br />member of this Board. However, he is very intelligent and brings a lot to this Community, and <br />provided his comments based on questions that were brought to his attention for the Board to <br />consider. <br />Ms. Romero mentioned that there are a couple of continued petitions that must be voted on at the <br />next hearing. <br />Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to adjourn. Mr. Ganzenmuller, so moved. Mr. Reidy, second. <br />All were in favor to adjourn.
