The project is consistent with other developments in the area. <br />Mr. Furbush second, yes <br />Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br />Ms. Sangeleer, yes, <br />Mr. Reidy, yes, <br />Mr. Bonvie, yes. <br />All were in favor to issue a Special Permit. <br />42 Wheeler Road: Owner, Marcio DeJesus requests a Special Permit under § 174-17.1 and § 174- <br />33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze an existing single family dwelling and replace it with a new single <br />family dwelling on property located in the R-5 Zoning District, Map 57, Parcel 7, Mashpee, MA. <br />(Received letter of request from Attorney to continue hearing until November 8, 2023). <br />Sitting on this hearing are the three regular Board members, and Associate Members, George <br />Ganzenmuller and Robert Caggiano. <br />Mr. Reidy read a letter into the recorded dated October 16, 2023 submitted by Attorney <br />Christopher Kirrane requesting a continuance until November 8, 2023 as the applicant is currently <br />scheduled to be heard before the Conservation Commission on November 2, 2023. <br />Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the applicant's request for extension. Mr. <br />Ganzenmuller made a motion to accept the continuance. Mr. Furbush second. All were in favor. <br />NEW HEARINGS <br />20 Bearse Road: Owners, Paul K. and Kathleen A. Bettencourt request a Special Permit under <br />§ 174-17.1 and § 174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze an existing single family dwelling and replace <br />it with a new single family dwelling on property located in the R-3 and Popponesset Overlay <br />Districts, Map 117, Parcel 322, Mashpee, MA. <br />Sitting on this hearing are the three regular Board members, and Associate Members, George <br />Ganzenmuller and Charles Reidy. <br />Mr. Morris, Building Commissioner stated for the record that he received a Form 2 (Conservation <br />Department application form) prior to the remand for the Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage <br />(LSTCSF) requirement that the Board now reviews. Mr. Morris stated that the existing home meets <br />the setbacks and is conforming. He stated that the Board would only require to make a finding <br />under § 174-33. <br />Chairman Bonvie wanted to make certain that if a motion is made and approved by the Board to <br />specifically include a Written Finding for the wetlands setbacks. <br />
