Mr. Seabury noted there were mostly no <br /> changes other than typical salary increases. He noted the bargaining unit was removed <br /> from consideration — no longer in a union. Also, there were longevity salary increases — <br /> code compliance 5 years and assistant health agent 15 years. The largest raise is the <br /> landfill monitoring—with inflation has gone up— 25%. Mr. Seabury hopes to achieve cost <br /> savings by going from 4 times a year to twice a year for testing but noted that the need is <br /> still to cover 4 times a year testing and hence the increase. There is no change in gas, <br /> office supplies, et cetera. The VNA funding is increasing by $4,000 for more public <br /> outreach programs — health screening, health equity, et cetera.
