Motion seconded by Mrs. Wyman-Colombo. VOTE: Unanimous. 6-0. Roll Call Vote: Ms.Russell,yes Mr. Hyde,yes Ms.Waygan,yes Ms. Barbee,yes Mr. Colombo,yes Mrs.Wyman-Colombo, yes Opposed, none Review of Proposed Meetxng.Schedule through December 2023 Members of the CPC reviewed the proposed meeting schedule from July through December 2023. The next scheduled meeting is Thursday, August 3, 2023. Thereafter,the CPC will meet on the second Thursday of the month starting in September. At the September 14, 2023 meeting,the annual Public Hearing will be held. Monday,October 16,2023 is the date of the Annual Town Meeting. Administrative Investigation Update: As a result of other obligated matters of importance,the Town Manager was not prepared to deliver a report on the status of the Administrative Investigation. However, it was reported the Town Manager is confident there are no ethics violations. It was discovered there is an issue with the process which was defined in a recent resignation that is required to be resolved. It was determined the CPC would defer advertising for the vacant position until the investigation is complete.
