The next scheduled meeting is Thursday, August 3, 2023. Thereafter,the CPC will meet <br /> on the second Thursday of the month starting in September. <br /> At the September 14, 2023 meeting,the annual Public Hearing will be held. <br /> Monday,October 16,2023 is the date of the Annual Town Meeting. <br /> Administrative Investigation Update: <br /> As a result of other obligated matters of importance,the Town Manager was not prepared to <br /> deliver a report on the status of the Administrative Investigation. However, it was reported the <br /> Town Manager is confident there are no ethics violations. It was discovered there is an issue <br /> with the process which was defined in a recent resignation that is required to be resolved. <br /> It was determined the CPC would defer advertising for the vacant position until the investigation <br /> is complete. <br />
