Sherman, Mary Waygan <br /> Absent: Gregory McKelvey <br /> Pledge of Alleitiance <br /> Moment of Silence <br /> Public Comment <br /> No public comment <br /> Minutes <br /> Discussion and Approval of the Following: October 30, 2023 minutes. <br /> Motion made by Darlene Furbush to approve the October 30, 2023, motion seconded by Carol <br /> Sherman. <br /> Miller, yes Weeden: abstain Collins,yes Furbush,yes Lewis, abstain <br /> Myers, yes Sherman, yes Waygan, yes <br /> Vote: 6—yes, 2—abstain. <br /> Old Business <br /> Reference document: Key Topics Punch List <br /> John Miller asked if there was anything missing from the running list of changes. <br /> Cathy Lewis added that anytime there is an official position mentioned it should be capitalized. <br /> Don Myers wonders if the committee should consider all of the committees regarding elected <br /> versus appointed. <br /> Possible significant changes are the Town Clerk position being appointed and the Finance <br /> Committee being elected. <br /> New Business <br />
