Giblin <br /> 90 Popponesset Island Road, Map 106 Parcel 34 <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2023-17 <br /> Conservation Department comments dated July 24, 2023; "To date, the Concom has not received <br /> anything in writing from DEP regarding the scheduling of*a superseding onsiteftom the appeal <br /> that was filed nor have we received confirmation.from DEP regarding the submittal of required <br /> Environmental Notification Form because this project triggeredpermitting requirements from the <br /> AM Environmental Policy Act (MEPA). " <br /> Attorney Kirrane stated that Mark Dibb, with Cape&Islands Engineering will be doing a site visit <br /> in August, and the MEPA review might be completed the end of August. Mr. Dibb believes that it <br /> will be at least 30 days before DEP issues any decision. Attorney Kirrane said he can accept a <br /> continuance until the October hearings, or he can withdraw the application without prejudice, and <br /> refile at a later date. <br /> Chairman Bonvie would like the applicant to withdraw. Attorney Kirrane asked for a motion to <br /> withdraw the application without prejudice. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to close the public comments. Mr. Furbush seconded. All were in <br /> favor to close the public comments. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board accept the withdrawal without prejudice from Attorney <br /> Kirrane relative to 90 Popponesset Island Road request of a Special Permit under Section 174- <br /> 17.1 and 174-33 to raze and replace a single family structure. Mr. Furbush seconded. All were in <br /> favor to accept the applicant's request for withdrawal without prejudice. <br /> 2 <br />
