Prior to the request of a building permit,the applicant shall issue a working capital account <br /> in the amount of$5,000. The check shall be issued to the Town of Mashpee to be utilized <br /> to pay for the initial peer review, and for future peer review inspections and signoffs. <br /> 8. Any changes in the use of the building bays will require an application with the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals. <br />
