MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT MODIFICATION (SP-2021-34) <br /> Petitioner, Pastore Excavation, Inc. <br /> Owner, Chapter Closed, LLC <br /> 40 Evergreen Circle, (Map 19 Parcel 10-4) <br /> Mashpce, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2023-28 <br /> 6. Conditioned on Pesce Engineering & Associates peer review reports dated April 20, <br /> 2023, and May 5, 2023 as submitted to the Board and included as part of this Decision. <br /> 7. Prior to the request of a building permit,the applicant shall issue a working capital account <br /> in the amount of$5,000. The check shall be issued to the Town of Mashpee to be utilized <br /> to pay for the initial peer review, and for future peer review inspections and signoffs. <br /> 8. Any changes in the use of the building bays will require an application with the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals. <br />
