Upon <br /> motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue Petitioner,Pastore Excavation, Inc. a Variance from <br /> the front yard setback under §174-31 (Land Space Requirements) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow <br /> for construction of a metal commercial building with contractor bays on property located in the I- <br /> 1 and Light Industrial Overlay District(s), Map 19, Parcel 10-4, Mashpee,MA. (Owner of record: <br /> Chapter Closed, LLC)with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance under <br /> Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2.
