rr <br /> - Reorganization of the Committee: Dick Noonan made a motion to approve the continuation <br /> of Steve Mone as Chair and Gregg Fraser as Vice Chair of the Commission. It was seconded <br /> by Tim Leedham and unanimously approved by all present.A decision on the position of <br /> Secretary was delayed until our next Regular Meeting in October. It was brought up <br /> subsequently that we need to check on the expiration of the terms for the current members <br /> of the Commission and we should discuss potential needs for new members. <br /> Purchase of a used Edgewater boat: A request was made that the Commission support the <br /> purchase of a 23' 2004 Edgewater boat from the Town of Falmouth for use by the <br /> Harbormaster's Office. Steve Mone made a motion to support the purchase. It was <br /> seconded by Dick Noonan and unanimously approved by all present. Gregg Fraser <br /> abstained from the vote to avoid any potential conflict of interest. Bob Tomaino reported that <br /> the current Zodiac in use will be put up for auction. <br /> Additional Topics: <br /> No additional topics. <br /> A ,9urnment <br /> There being no further business a motion to adjourn was made by Steve Mone at 6:22pm to <br /> adjourn.
