VOTE: Unanimous (3-0) 1 <br />U. 38 Quail Hollow Road Mr. Seabury commented a variance had been approved, on September — <br />20th 2020, to allow a two -bedroom dwelling be constructed with no naturally -occurring pervious <br />soil above groundwater as required by Part IX Section 12 of our regulations. This variance was <br />granted with the use of the Busse Model 250. Cape & Islands Engineering is in front of the board <br />because the availability of the Busse system is limited and they would like to change the system <br />to a Norweco Singular Wastewater Treatment System Model 960-600 and the Norweco Phos-4- <br />Fade. <br />
