He explained that the homeowners are taking down a three
bedroom house and building a new 3 bedroom house with a new septic system, a denitrification
system. He asked for a variance to install the SAS less than the required 10' from the North West
Property Line to 1' and 7' from the Northern property line. Mr. Flaherty did not see any issue or
problem arising from the septic system if this variance is approved.
Mr. Seabury commented that the request is for 1 foot from the property line on the Bearse Road
side and 7 feet from the property line at Clover Lane. Mr. Seabury felt that this variance should
be approved as there is road between property lines which adds feet on either side of the system.
There being no further comments or discussion Edward Raposa motioned to approve the variance
at 49 Clover lane to install the SAS less than the required 10 feet from the property line.
